Dr Barbara Trotter completed her training in optometry and ophthalmology at the University of Vienna. She began her medical career in 2009, gaining experience as a junior doctor in ophthalmology at Tübingen University Hospital, Bruneck Hospital and Innsbruck University Hospital. After a short period as a junior doctor in internal surgery and internal medicine at Brixen Hospital, Dr Trotter joined Brixsana in 2024.
Dr Trotter is currently pursuing a master’s degree in health management and digital health at BFI Vienna.
